Kaitlyn Allen focuses her practice on Oklahoma family law and civil litigation, with an emphasis on high conflict divorce and child custody litigation.
Kaitlyn earned her Juris Doctor in 2011 from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During her law school career she received the Dean’s Pro Bono Scholarship, which allowed her to intern at the Oklahoma County public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Division. She was an active participant in the Public Interest Law Group and successfully completed an interdisciplinary training program on child abuse and neglect through the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine.
Kaitlyn has been involved in highly contested and complex family law litigation since the day she started with the firm in 2012, and she has helped hundreds of clients successfully navigate complex family law litigation with the confidence of a seasoned litigator. Kaitlyn’s calming personality is a valuable asset to clients in the midst of a stressful case, and it is not uncommon for clients to build a unique report with Kaitlyn that gives them a confidence in the future outcome of their matter.
Kaitlyn also represents clients in the areas of civil litigation and probate, and she provides guidance to estate planning clients on matters relating to probate and administration.
Prior to attending law school, Kaitlyn attended Kanas State University where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
Kaitlyn is a native Texan who resides in Oklahoma City with her husband Scott, son, Everett, and dog, Bunny.
